Excludes: All office clerical employees, and guards and supervisors as defined under the National Labor Relations Act, and all other employees. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): Includes: All full-time and regular part-time 3rd Hands, 4th Hands, 5th Hands, Back Tenders, Beater Engineers, Beater Engineer Assistants, Boiler Operators, Electrical Leads, Machine Tenders, Maintenance Technicians, Order Management Assistants, Process Assistants, Production Planners, Shipping/Receiving Employees, Store Room Assistants, Utility and Production Team Leaders employed by the Employer at or out of its facility located at 15781 River Street, White Pigeon, Michigan. Excludes: All temporary employees, office clerical employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
