Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time staff pharmacists employed by the Employer at its Store # 3310 located at 16803 Lorain Ae., Cleveland, Ohio, but excluding all other employees, non-professional employees, managers, interns, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its Store # 3310 located at 16803 Lorain Ave., Cleveland, OH but excluding professional employees, mangers, interns, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. COMBINED UNITS - UNIT A AND UNIT B: All full-time and regular part-time employees employed by the Employer at its Store # 3310 located at 16803 Lorain Ave., Cleveland, Ohio but excluding managers, interns, confidential employees, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. If on the other hand, a majority of the professional employees voting in Unit A do not vote "Yes" to the first question, their ballots will be counted separately to decide the question concerning representation in a separate Unit A.
