Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time employees of the Employer at its facility located at 4040 Colorado Avenue, Sheffield, Ohio, classified as sheet metal worker journeymen, apprentices, residential installers, lead men, residential utility workers, residential trainees, residential journeymen and service technicians and/or who erect, fabricate, install, repair or service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, refrigeration and/or plumbing systems, or who otherwise perform any of the work included in the jurisdictional claims of the Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association, but excluding all office clerical employees, installation managers, service managers, estimators, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.
