Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses employed by the Employer at its facility located at 20 Hospital Drive, Logan, West Virginia, excluding Certified Nursing Assistants, Nursing Assistants, Patient Care Technicians, OR Technicians Certified, Certified Respiratory Therapists, CT Technicians, EKG Technicians, LPNs and LVNs, Mammography Technicians, MLTs, MLT Leads, Monitor Technicians, MRI Technicians, Nuclear Medicine Technicians, Pharmacy Technicians 1, Pharmacy Technicians 2, Pharmacy Technicians IV Certified, Pharmacy Technicians Med Rec., Phlebotomists, Radiology Technicians, Ultrasound Technicians, RRTs, Surgery Schedulers, Surgical Technicians, Technicians Certified, Surgical Technician First Assistants, Patient Transporter, Unit Secretaries, Cath Lab Technicians, ER Technicians, Central Sterile Technicians, Echo Technicians, Medical Technologists, Polysomnography Technicians, and Physical Therapy Technicians; and all other employees, including but not limited to, temporary employees, registry or temporary agency employees, business office clerical employees, physicians, other professional employees, skilled maintenance employees, managerial employees, confidential employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act. Also eligible to vote are all employees in the unit who have worked an average of four (4) hours or more per week during the 13 weeks immediately preceding the eligibility date for the election. The parties stipulated to use of this formula, set forth in Davison-Paxon Co., 185 NLRB 21, 23-24 (1970), to determine voter eligibility.
