Voting Unit (Unit A):All technical employees employed by the Employer at its hospital located at 904 Scioto Street, Urbana, Ohio, and no other locations, in the following job titles: coding reimbursement specialist; CT Technologist; Echo Technician; Inpatient Coder; Invasive Cardiovascular Technician 2; Invasive Cardiovascular Technician; Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) Coordinator; LPN; LPN Non-Benefitted; LPN Pool; Mammography Technician; Marketing & Compliance Coordinator; Medical Lab Technician; MRI Technologist; Nuclear Medicine Technologist; Occupational Therapy Assistant; OR IS Analyst; Outpatient Coder; Paramedic; Physcial Therapy Assistant; Point of Care (POCT) Specialist; Pulmonary Function tech; Radiology Technician; Radiology Technologist - NR; Respiratory Therapist 1; Respiratory Therapist 2; Respiratory Therapist Registered Pool; Senior Microbiology Technician; Special Procedures Technician; Surgical Technician; Ultrasound Technologist; PRN's, iFlex 1, 2, 3, and home-based employees who regularly worked at least 120 hours per calendar quarter for three (3) out of four (4) quarters for 2011 and annually thereafter after this Agreement becomes effective, measured in a "look back" of the previous year in December of each year, but excluding all other PRNs, all physicians, all registered nurses, all other professional employees, all service and support employees, all skilled maintenace employees, all business clerical employees, all guards and all supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees.
