Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular-part time security officers performing guard duties as defined in Section 9(b)(3) of the Act, as amended, who are employed by the Employer at the U.S Bankruptcy Court office in Anniston, Alabama; the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review offices in Anniston, Gadsden, Jasper, and Tuscaloosa, Alabama; the Social Security Administration offices in Anniston, Bessemer, Birmingham, Gadsden, Jasper, and Talladega, Alabama; the Federal Bureau of Investigation office in Birmingham, Alabama; the Internal Revenue Service office in Birmingham; the U.S. Attorney's office in Birmingham, and; the U.S. Treasury/FMS office in Homewood, Alabama, but excluding all office clerical employees, professional employees, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
