Associate Employees: accounting Technician Departmental Assistant, Membership and Organi2ing Technician, Membership Data Processing Technician, Receptionist and Mailroom Maintenance Technician Non-bargaining unit consist of; Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, Department Managers, Director of GovernancelAdministrative Services, Conficlentials, and Supervisors, Attorneys within an Advocacy Center Proposed Clarification NCSO is seeking unit clarification of the placement of the three attorneys working within the Advocacy Center. The Advocacy Center is staffed with three attorneys, I Uniserv, and General Counsel/manager. The attorneys within the center are identified as confidential employees. NCSO is seeking to include these 3 attorneys as part of the bargaining unit.
