Excluded: All other employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. *Per diem (PRN) employees who are employed by the Employer in the included job classifications in the above unit shall be considered regular part-time employees and are eligible to vote if they worked an average of at least 4 hours per week during the 13 week period ending on May 22, 2013, have not been discharged for cause, and have not voluntarily quit. The parties agree that the ward clerks may vote subject to challenge by the Board agent conducting the election, inasmuch as the appropriateness of their inclusion in or exclusion from the unit is in dispute.
