Cleveland Avenue, Fort Myers, Florida all other employees, office clerical employees, confidential employees, professional employees, technical employees, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, scheduling coordinators, laundry and housekeeping employees, dietary employees, cooks, guards and supervisors defined in the Act. *Per diem (PRN) employees who are employed by the Employer in the included job classifications in the above unit shall be considered regular part-time employees and are eligible to vote if they worked an average of at least 4 hours per week during the 13 week period ending on April 20, 2016, have not been discharged for cause, and have not voluntarily quit.
