Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Registered Nurses (RNs), and per diem* RNs, employed by the Employer at its facility located at 5637 Marine Parkway, New Port Richey, Florida. Excluded: All other employees, confidential employees, physicians , nurse and/or clinical educators or coordinators, clinical nurse specialists, clinical coordinators, case managers/utilization review and/or discharge planners, nurse practitioners, accounting or auditing RNs, infection/control employee health nurses, risk management/performance improvement and/or quality assurance or quality management nurses, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, employees already represented by a labor organization, permanent charge nurses, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors within the meaning of the Act. *Eligibility: Per diem employees who are eligible to vote are those who worked a minimum of 120 hours in either of the two quarters immediately preceding the payroll cut-off date and who have not been discharged for cause or have quit voluntarily.
