Excluded: All temporary and casual employees, physicians, registered nurses, professionals, technical employees, skilled maintenance employees, business office clerical employees, confidential employees (including clerical coordinators in the employment services department, clerical coordinator in the environmental services department, clerik in compensation and benefits administration, secretary in the security department, and secretary in the office of legal affairs), employees currently represented by a collective bargaining agent, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
