Voting Unit (Unit A):All full time and regular part time Registered Nurses, Registered Nurses-Per Diem/Registry, Assistant Director of Surgical Services, Utilization Review Case Management Managers, Chronic Disease Registered Nurse, Clinical Document Specialist, Advance Practice Nurse, Clinical Informatics Coordinator, and Clinical Nurse Specialist employed by the Employer at its facility currently located at 7531 S. Stony Island Avenue, Chicago IL; but excluding all supervisors as defined by the National Labor Relations Act including Registered Nurses who spend 50% or more of their scheduled work time as a charge nurse, Nursing Supervisors, Nurse Managers, Clinical Directors, Director of Employee Education and Staff Development, Executive Director of Behavioral Medicine, Director of Employee Health Services and Infection Control, Vice President Patient Care Services, and Senior Vice President Patient Care Services; all other employees, confidential employees, employees of outside registries and other agencies supplying labor to the Employer, already represented employees, managerial employees, office clerical employees and guards, and other supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
