Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Cooks, Food Service Technicians, all Clericals (Administrative Assistant I & II, Clinical Assistant, Receptionist, Clerk), Maintenance (Maintenance Worker, Housekeeping, Housekeeper), Transportation (Driver), Executive Assistant and other support staff who function in a non-direct care capacity who are employed by the Employer and work at or are based out of its facilities currently located at 8555 Taft Street, Merrillville, IN; 1409 E. 84th Place, Merrillville, IN; 8177 Ralston Court, Crown Point, IN; 4950 W. 82nd Court, Crown Point, IN; 110 E. 73rd St., Merrillville, IN; 7403 Cline Ave., Schererville, IN; and 2490 Central Ave., Lake Station, IN. Excluded: All managerial employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. The following classification is neither included nor excluded from the appropriate collective-bargaining unit. They may vote in the election subject to challenge and their status can be determined subsequently as appropriate under Board law, including through agreement of the parties, the challenged-ballot procedure, or a unit clarification petition: Kiosk workers.
