Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time unit clerks employed by the Employer at the following facilities: St Martin De Porres, St George, and St Vincent De Paul currently located at 1150 N River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois; John and Mary Madden Shelter currently located at 1658 W Grand Avenue, Chicago, Illinois; Maryville Children’s Healthcare Center and Maryville Crisis Nursery currently located at 4015 N Oak Park Avenue, Chicago, Illinois; Casa Imani, Casa Carino, Casa Salama A, Casa Salama B, and Casa Salama C currently located at 951 W Bartlett Road, Bartlett, Illinois. Excluded: All employees of the Jen School, Family Advocate, administrative employees employed at the Mulcahey and Zygmunt “Ziggy” Czarobski Buildings, confidential employees, managerial employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the following existing unit currently represented by the Petitioner: All full-time and regular part-time non-professional employees, including Administrative Assistant, Certified Nurse’s Assistant, LPNs, Child Care Worker, Cook, Food Services Manager, Dietary Aide, Maintenance Worker, Receptionist, and Youth Care Workers employed by Maryville Academy at the following facilities: St Martin De Porres, St George, and St Vincent De Paul currently located at 1150 N River Road, Des Plaines, Illinois; John and Mary Madden Shelter currently located at 1658 W Grand Avenue, Chicago, Illinois; Maryville Children’s Healthcare Center and Maryville Crisis Nursery currently located at 4015 N Oak Park Avenue, Chicago, Illinois; Casa Imani, Casa Carino, Casa Salama A, Casa Salama B, and Casa Salama C currently located at 951 W Bartlett Road, Bartlett, Illinois; but excluding all employees of the Jen School, Family Advocate, administrative employees employed at the Mulcahey and Zygmunt “Ziggy” Czarobski Buildings, confidential employees, managerial employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
