Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time fresh daily production employees employed by the Employer currently located at 7320 W 63rd St., Summit, Illinois. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors, as defined by the Act. The election conducted on August 11, 2017 was set aside by mutual agreement of the Parties based upon alleged objectionable conduct of the Petitioner that interfered with the employees’ exercise of free and reasoned choice. Therefore, a new election will be held in accordance with the terms of this Notice of Election. All eligible voters should understand that the National Labor Relations Act, as amended, gives them the right to cast their ballots as they see fit and protects them in the exercise of this right, from interference by any of the Parties.
