Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time road drivers, yard drivers, radius drivers, yard managers and yard coordinators employed by the Employer at, or out of: 1) the Barr Yard, located at 13600 South Halsted Street, Riverdale, Illinois; and the 59th and Western CSX Intermodal yard locations; 2) the Canadian Pacific rail yards in Bensenville, Illinois; 3) the departments comprising the Employer’s operation servicing the Canadian National Railway at the Kirk, Indiana and the Markham, Schiller Park, Benton, Hawthorne Yard, Joliet, Champaign, and Decatur, Illinois rail yards; 4) rail yards currently located in the States of Colorado, Indiana, Louisiana, New Mexico; and in the cities of St. Louis, Missouri; Houston, Texas; Fond du Lac, Wisconsin and Stevens Point, Wisconsin; and 5) all full-time and regular part-time dispatchers employed by the Employer and working out of the Employer’s facility located at 6620 South Lavergne Avenue, Chicago, Illinois and out of Canadian Pacific rail yards in Bensenville, Illinois. Excluded: All employees working out of any rail yards located in Lake County, Indiana (excepting the Kirk Yard employees set forth in the Included provision), all other employes, office clerical employees and guards, professional employees, and supervisors as defined by the Act.
