Voting Unit (Unit A):Unit A: Included: All full-time and regular part-time teachers, department chairs, academic chairs, deans, librarians, nurses, counselors, lab managers, reading specialists, and assistant directors of college counseling employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 59 W. North Blvd., 45 W. North Blvd., and 1531 N. Dearborn Pkwy., Chicago, Illinois. Excluded: All full-time and regular part-time assistant teachers, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Unit B: Included: All full-time and regular part-time assistant teachers employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 59 W. North Blvd., 45 W. North Blvd., and 1531 N. Dearborn Pkwy., Chicago, Illinois. Excluded: All full-time and regular part-time teachers, department chairs, academic chairs, deans, librarians, nurses, counselors, lab managers, reading specialists, and assistant directors of college counseling, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors defined in the Act. Unit C: Included: All full-time and regular part-time teachers, assistant teachers, department chairs, academic chairs, deans, librarians, nurses, counselors, lab managers, reading specialists, and assistant directors of college counseling employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 59 W. North Blvd., 45 W. North Blvd., and 1531 N. Dearborn Pkwy., Chicago, Illinois facilities. Excluded: All confidential employees, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act.
