Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Receptionists, Integrated Healthcare Specialists, Outreach/EIS Specialists, Outreach Team Leads, Event Coordinators, Video and Graphic Designers, Medication Adherence Counselors, Intensive Care Managers, Medical Case Managers, Behavioral Health Specialist/Medical Case Manager, and Pantry Workers employed by the Employer at its facilities currently located at 2659 South Kedvale Avenue; 4111 West 26th Street, #102; and 3501 West 26th Street; in Chicago, Illinois. Excluded: All Marketing and Communications Managers, Training and Development Coordinators, Wellness Coordinators, 340B Coordinators, Grant Coordinators, Housing Coordinators, Human Resources, Prevention Coordinators, Executive Assistants, Clinical Supervisor for Care Services, Case Manager Supervisors, Office Managers, Executive Directors, confidential employees, office clerical employees, managerial employees, and professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others Permitted to Vote: The parties have agreed that the LinkUp Coordinators, Data Managers, Massage Therapist/Acupuncturist/Group Fitness Instructors, Massage Therapists, and Per Diem employees may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
