Voting Unit (Unit A):Included - All full-time and regular part-time freelance Technical Directors, Senior Audio, Audio Assistants, RF Audio Assistants, Senior Video, Video Assistants, Engineers, Senior Broadcast Engineers, Camera (Hard, Handheld, Studio, Robotic, ENG, and Studio Jib), Graphics, Capture/Playback Operators (Studio, CPO1, CPO2, CPO3), Score Box Operators, Utility Technicians, and others in similar technical positions performing pre-production, production, and post-production work in connection with the telecasting of sporting events, public concerts, and television programming at remote locations within fifty (50) miles of the City Hall in Chicago, Illinois or within ten (10) miles from the City Hall in Rockford, Illinois, and who are employed by the Employer currently located at 2050 Finley Road, Suite 80, Lombard, Illinois, Excluded - All other employees, employees represented by other labor organizations and who perform similar broadcast technician work (such as at conventions, trade shows, private corporate events, private concerts or where closed-circuit audio and/or video is being used), office clerical employees and guards, professional employees and supervisors as defined in the Act.
