The parties hereby now agree that all the production and maintenance electrical employees at Employer's facility located on the East and West Banks of the Pascagoula River constitute the appropriate unit for the purpose of this Agreement. Excluded: All leased or contract labor employees of a leasing firm/contract labor vendor (whether or not jointly employed by the Employer) assigned to perform any and all electrical work at Employer's facility located on the East and West Banks of the Pascagoula River.
