Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All general foremen, foreman, intermediate journeymen (IJs), journeymen, electricians, apprentice electricians, construction wiremen, and construction electricians employed by the Employer in the geographical jurisdiction of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union No. 20 during the payroll period ending August 24, 2008, or who were employed for 30 days or more within the 12 months preceding August 24, 2008, or if they have had some employment in those 12 months and have been employed for 45 days or more within the 24 month period immediately preceding the eligibility date, but excluding those employees who were terminated for cause or quit voluntarily prior to the completion of the last job which they were employed. EXCLUDED: All other employees including superintendents, project managers, office clerical employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
