Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All General Foremen, Foremen, Journeymen, Apprentices, Construction Electricians, Construction Wiremen, employed by the Employer in the current geographical jurisdiction of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 72 as of April 12, 2013 which includes Texas counties Bosque, Hill, Hamilton, McLennan, Freestone, Limestone, Falls, Mills, Robertson, and Leon Counties; Parts of Lampasas and Milam Counties which are nearer to Waco than Austin; all of Coryell County, except that part of Fort Hood, South of Cowhouse Creek; that part of Bell County which is nearer to Waco than Austin but excluding that part of Fort Hood the boundary which presently is located approximately two (2) miles inside the Bell County Line and the City of Killeen in the State of Texas. Excluded: All other employees including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
