Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Electonic Technicians in support of the Aviation Combined Arms Tectical Trainer (AVCATT) platform, employed by teh Employer at the Aemy Natinal Guard Facility located at 1013 Lkecrest Street in Grand Prairie, Texas Excluded: All office clerical employees, professionals, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. MAIL ELECTION: The election will be conducted by mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit from the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, on February 12, 2014. Ballots will be mailed to eligible voters where they are temporarily domiciled at Wedgewood Resorts, 212 Wedgewood Drive, Fairbanks, AK 99701. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received in the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16 office by close of business on Monday, March 3, 2014.The mail ballots will be counted at the Region 16 office located at 819 Taylor Street, Room 8A24, Fort Worth, Texas 76102, at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2014. If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise requires a duplicate mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Region office by no later than Friday, February 21, 2014, in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee.
