EXCLUDED: All office, clerical, professional employees and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended. MAIL OUT ELECTION. The election will be conducted by mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit from the Fort Worth Regional office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, at 4:45 p.m. on December 29, 2014. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received in the Houston Resident office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, by close of business on January 12, 2015. The mail ballots will be counted at the Houston Resident office, Region 16, located at 1919 Smith Street, Houston, TX 77002 at 10:00 a.m. on January 14, 2015. If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise requires a duplicate mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Fort Worth Regional office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16 by no later than 4:45 p.m. on January 5, 2015 in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to that employee.
