Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full- and part-time drivers, helpers, jockeys, mechanics, utility workers, fuelers, warehouse workers, and maintenance employees, including working leads, based or dispatched out of the employer's Garland, Texas facility or its 12 resident yards located in Abilene, Ft. Worth, Houston, Marshall, Nacogdoches, Round Rock, Sherman, Sulphur Springs, Tyler, Waco, and Wichita Falls, Texas, and in Shreveport, Louisiana. EXCLUDED: All office clericals, clerks, dispatchers, routers, truck-builders, sales employees, buyers, guards, watchmen, and supervisors as defined by the Act.. The election will be conducted [in part] by mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit at the following Employer locations from the office of the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16, at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February, 25, 2015. Voters must return their mail ballots so that they will be received in the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16 office by close of business on Wednesday, March 11, 2015.
