Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time quality control staff, quality control officers and physical security inspectors employed by the Employer at its Los Fresnos, Texas, location. Excluded: All front-desk personnel, clerical employees, confidential employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. Mail Election: The election will be conducted by mail. The mail ballots will be mailed to employees employed in the appropriate collective-bargaining unit from the office of the Natinal Labor Relations Board, Region 16, on September 1, 2015, at 4:45 p.m. Voters must returen their mail ballots so that they will be received in the National Labor Relations Board, Region 16 office located at 615 East Houston Street, Suite 559, San Antonio, TX 78205-1711 by 4:45 p.m. on September 23, 2015. The mail ballots will be counted at the Region 16 office located at 615 East Houston Street, Suite 559, San Antonio, TX 78205-1711 by 10:30 a.m. on September 24, 2015. If any eligible voter does not receive a mail ballot or otherwise require a duplicated mail ballot kit, he or she should contact the Region 16 office by no later than 4;45 p.m. on September 8, 2015, in order to arrange for another mail ballot kit to be sent to the employee.
