Voting Unit (Unit A):EMPLOYEES ELIGIBLE TO VOTE: All full-time access and access coordinator employees employed by the Employer at its Wadsworth, Texas facility, who were employed by the Employer during the payroll period ending March 4, 2018. EMPLOYEES NOT ELIGIBLE TO VOTE: All other employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the National Labor Relations Act as amended.
