Voting Unit (Unit A):INCLUDED: All full-time production employees including but not limited to extrusion, bare mill and finishing operators, and maintenance employees, including lab techs, compound operators-techs, electrical testers, shipping and receiving employees, building-grounds techs, receiving/stores clerks, quality assurance tech clerks, inventory clerks, plant clerks, and janitors employed by the Employer at its facility located at 9975 US-80, Scottsville, Texas 75688. EXCLUDED: All other employees, including office clerical employees, professional employees, guards, and supervisors as defined by the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that employees hired on and after March 27, 2021, whom the Employer hired to replace striking employees, may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
