EXCLUDED: All other employees, including resettlement managers, adult education supervisors, finance directors, education & learning managers, operations managers, ECM supervisors, deputy directors, youth program supervisors, health & wellness program managers, HR managers, HR & interpreter services supervisor, operations and HR specialists, development directors, protection and social work senior officers, resettlement supervisors, employment supervisors, mental health supervisors, immigration program managers, SAS senior caseworkers, resource supervisors, finance supervisors, economic empowerment supervisors, UC program managing attorneys, interpreters directors, managerial employees, guards, and supervisors as defined in the Act. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the career pathways coordinators, grants and compliance coordinators, UHP casework coordinators, and food security coordinators may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
