Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Shuttle Drivers employed by the Employer at its facility located at 10110 Cash Road, Stafford, Texas 77477. Excluded: All other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisor, as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Teamsters Local Union No. 988, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing collective-bargaining unit as certified by the National Labor Relations Board in Case 16-RC-301766 and as described in the Collective Bargaining Agreement effective December 30, 2023, through December 28, 2029, which includes full-time and regular part-time Route Sales Representatives and Route Sales Support employed by the Company at its facilities located at 10110 Cash Road, Stafford, Texas 77477; 2928 Greens Road, Houston, Texas 77032; and 705 Langham Road, Suite L, Beaumont, Texas 77707, but excluding all other employees, office clerical employees, professional employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
