Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees, shipping and receiving employees, grounds keeping employees, and warehouse employees, employed by National Beef Packing Company, LLC, at its facility located at 2000 East Trail Street, Dodge City, Kansas, but EXCLUDING all supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act, managers, confidential employees, trainers, instructors, laboratory technicians, quality assurance employees, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Plan (HACCP) employees, corporate engineer, human resources employees, controllers, sanitation employees, registered nurses, LPNs, nurse clericals, office clericals (defined to include the laboratory clerks, mailroom clerks, accounts payable clerks, billing clerks, payroll clerks, accounting clerks, slaughter clerks, slaughter maintenance clerks, fabrication clerks, fabrication maintenance clerks, engineering clerks, MLS PSM-Developer clerks, transportation clerks, sales clerks, cattle procurement clerks, livestock clerks, inventory control clerks, yields clerks, load-out clerks, shipping clerks, quality assurance clerks, HACCP clerks, safety clerks, and safety representatives), plant clericals (defined to include the parts warehouse clerks, export assistants, export auditors, and export clerks) guards, and all other employees.
