Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Transport Drivers; excluding all clerical or office employees, professionals, checkers, pre-sellers, account managers, merchandisers, vending techs, salaried employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, LOCAL 238, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing unit consisting of sales and warehouse employees, also known as Driver Combination and Bulk Driver employees, currently represented by THE INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF TEAMSTERS, LOCAL 238.
