Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time production and maintenance employees employed by CNH Industrial America LLC at the Employer's East Building and West Building located at 260 Hwy 12 SE and Warehouse at 140 30th Ave SE, Benson, Minnesota; including but not limited to: Assembler, Assembly Test II, Certified Welder, CNC Machinist, Cycle Counter, Drill Press, Hydraulic Press, Jigs & Fixtures, Laser Operator, Load Blaster-Auto, Maintenance Tech, Material Handler, Non-Certified Weld, Paint/Liquid Touch Up, Paint Load/Unload, Paint Prep/Blast Manual, Planner/Expeditor I, Plasma Punch, Powder Paint, Press Brake, Punch Press, Quality Tech II, Receiving, Robot Weld, Saw Operator, Service Parts, Shipping, Spot Weld, Senior Quality Tech, Team Lead, Toolmaker II, Utility Assembler; excluding office clerical employees, temporary employees, product development employees, engineers, professional and salaried employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act.
