Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time mechanics, mobile mechanics, aerial inspectors, welders, part specialists, shop assistant, and body and paint technicians employed by the Employer at its 14601 Ramsey Blvd, Ramsey, Minnesota facility; excluding administrative employees, managerial and confidential employees, all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, LOCAL UNION 160 ("Union"), they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing line workers, drivers, warehousemen, and dispatchers unit currently represented by the Union. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
