Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Network Communications Technicians and Customer Service Technicians employed by the Employer at its reporting locations in Fulda, Granite Falls, LaFayette, Lamberton, Minneota, Rushmore, St. James and Westbrook, Minnesota; excluding all professionals, confidential employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for Communications Workers of America they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing 14 state District 7 unit currently represented by Communications Workers of America. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to remain unrepresented.
