Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Distribution Operations Techncians; excluding all other employees and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTICAL WORKERS, LOCAL UNION 2304 they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing mechanical and maintenance unit currently represented by IBEW Local 2304. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for OFFICE AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES INTERNATIONAL UNION, LOCAL 39, AFL-CIO, CLC (OPEIU Local 39) they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing office employee unit currently represented by OPEIU Local 39. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
