Voting Unit (Unit A):If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 510, AFL-CIO, they will be taken to have indicated the employees' desire to be included in the existing unit all operating, maintenance, clerical, and construction employees in the Districts of Houghton, Ontonagon, Ishpeming, Delta, Escanaba, Iron River, Munising, Western Hydros, and Eastern Hyrdo, currently represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, Local Union No. 510, AFL-C10. Included: all full-time and regular part-time call center employees employed by the Employer at its Ishpeming, Michigan facility. Excluded: operating, maintenance, clerical, and construction employees in the Districts of Houghton, Ontonagon, Ishpeming, Delta, Escanaba, Iron River, Munising, Western Hydros, and Eastern Hyrdos; system operations employees, temporary employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act.
