Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Accuracy Control Monitors and Inventory Control Specialists; excluding all office employees, sales employees, temporary employees, and guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are cast for International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 120, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit currently represented by International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 120, including all Warehouse Power Lift, Shipping Clerk, Inside Warehouse, VR’s, Sanitation, VR’s-Sanitation, Building Maintenance, Temp-Building Maintenance, Inventory Clerk, VR’s-Inventory Clerk, Net Invoices, Electro-Mechanical Tech and Drivers; excluding guards and supervisors, as defined by the Act. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
