If a majority of valid ballots are cast for the Local Union No. 510 International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing unit of all operating, maintenance, clerical, and construction employees in the Districts of Houghton, Ontonagon, Ishpeming, Delta, Iron River, Munising, Western Generation, Eastern Generation, and Southern Generation currently represented by the Local Union No. 510, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, AFL-CIO. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
