If a majority of valid ballots are cast for SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to be included in the existing service and maintenance unit currently represented by SEIU Healthcare Minnesota at United Hospital located at 333 Smith Avenue N., St. Paul, MN 55102. If a majority of valid ballots are not cast for representation, they will be taken to have indicated the employees’ desire to remain unrepresented.
