Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time Behavioral Assistants employed by the Employer at the University of Minnesota Medical Center – West Bank Campus; excluding RNs and other professional employees, business office clerical employees, skilled maintenance employees, all other non-professional employees, all Psych Associates and Senior Psych Associates, all employees already represented by SEIU Healthcare Minnesota, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, and all other employees.
