Voting Unit (Unit A):All scenic art employees employed by the Employer; excluding all other employees, including all office clerical employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that the Head of Scenic Art classification may vote in the election, but his ballot will be challenged since his eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the Head of Scenic Art classification is included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. Further, no decision has been made regarding whether the Associate Head of Scenic Art classification (which is currently vacant and will not be on the voting list) is included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The Employer’s position is that both classifications are supervisory. The eligibility or inclusion of these classifications will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
