Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: All full-time and regular part-time Equipment Operators (A, B, C and Leads), Machine Operators (A, B, and Leads), Painters (A, B and Leads), Longseamers (A, B, C), Welders (A, B, C, Leads, Coaches and Trainees), 3DLP Trainees, Welder/Fitters (A, B, C), Inventory Control Specialists (B, C and Leads), Quality Control (Sr and Leads), NDT Technicians (Sr, A, B, C), Visual Inspectors, I-Beam Equipment Operators (including Leads), Laborers, Maintenance Technicians (A, B, C and Leads), Tool Room Coordinators, Quality Control Weld Technicians, Shipping Leads, Shipping/Receiving Leads, including probationary employees in those classifications, employed by the Employer at their 7101 Southbridge Drive, Sioux City, IA facility. Excluded: All other employees, Drivers, Custodians, Warehouse Specialist E employees, third-party contractors, professional employees, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act, as amended. Others permitted to vote: The parties have agreed that Warehouse Specialists (A, B, C), Warehouse Auditors, Warehouse Leads, Department Assistant I employees, the Shipping Coordinator II, and Inventory Control Specialist A employees may vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged since their eligibility has not been resolved. No decision has been made regarding whether the individuals in these classifications or groups are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. The eligibility or inclusion of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
