The employees in the professional Voting Group A will be asked two questions on their ballots: 1. Do you wish to be included in a unit with the nonprofessional employees described in Voting Group B for the purposes of collective bargaining? 2. Do you wish to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining by SEIU Healthcare 1199NW, affiliated with the Service Employees International Union? In the event that a majority of those who vote in Voting Group A vote for inclusion in the same collective bargaining unit as Voting Group B, the following will constitute an appropriate collective bargaining unit: Included: All full-time and regular part-time and per diem chemical dependency professionals, chemical dependency professional trainees, building services workers, cooks, office assistants, and treatment attendants employed by the Employer at the Providence St. Peter Chemical Dependency Center located at 4800 College St. SE, Lacey, Washington Excluded: All other employees, including employees represented by other labor organizations, business office clerical employees, HIM specialists, dietary services coordinator, coordinator outpatient, student interns, agency and temporary employees, confidential employees, managerial employees, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act, and employees employed at other locations. In the event that a majority of those voting in Voting Group A do not vote for inclusion in the same collective bargaining unit as Voting Group B, the descriptions of Voting Groups A and Voting Group B will each constitute separate appropriate collective bargaining units.
