Voting Unit (Unit A): Petitioner currently represents a bargaining unit consisting of all full and part-time service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer, excluding all confidential employees, temporary employees, technical employees, professional employees, managers, guards and supervisors as defined in the Act and all other employees. THIS GROUP IS REFERRED TO AS THE "CURRENTLY REPRESENTED BARGAINING UNIT." The employees eligible to vote in the election are all full-time, regular part-time employees in the Customer Service and Billing departments in the following job classifications: Senior Biller, Insurance AR Representative, Insurance F/U Representative, Billing Customer Service Representative, Business Office Customer Service Coordinator, Document Specialist, Cash Apps Rep, Credit Balance Analyst, Regulatory Specialist employed by the Employer at its Seattle, Washington facility excluding all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. THIS GROUP IS REFERRED TO AS THE "VOTING GROUP." In the event that a majority of voters in the VOTING UNIT vote for representation by Petitioner, the following will constitute an appropriate collective bargaining unit: all classifications in both the CURRENTLY REPRESENTED BARGAINING UNIT and the VOTING GROUP. If a majority of the voters in the VOTING GROUP vote against representation by Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated their desire to remain outside the unit and unrepresented, and the Regional Director of Region 19 of the National Labor Relations Board will issue a Certification of Results to that effect.
