Voting Unit (Unit A):Included: Technical Directors, Audio All, Audio A2, Specialty Microphone Operators, Video V1, Video V2, Graphics Operators, Graphics Coordinators, Camera Operators, VTR/DDR Operators, DDR Editors, Score Box Operators, Utilities, Phone AD, Lighting, and Stage Managers employed by the Employer who perform work in the State of Oregon. Excluded: Talent, Directors, Assistant Directors, Statistician, Production Assistants, Time Out Coordinators, Managers, Technical/Unit Managers, Producers, Associate Producers, Maintenance Engineers and maintenance personnel, Drivers and transportation personnel, clerical personnel, security personnel, all other employees who are jointly employed with another employer, and guards and supervisors as defined by the Act. Those also eligible to vote are employees in the above unit who were employed for a minimum of six (6) events or shows during the period January 1, 2011, to November 10, 2011.
