Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time dispatchers employed by the Employer at its Northwest and North Sound facilities in Mill Creek and Woodinville, Washington respectively (fn) The parties are unable to agree on the inclusion or exclusion of the dispatchefr at the Employer's South facility as they do not agree whether this employee shares a community of interest with other employees in the petitioned for unit. The parties have agreed that the dispatcher at the South Sound facility will vote subject to challenge. In the event the challenged ballots are sufficient in number to affect the outcome of the election, the eligibility of the challenged voters will be determined by the Board in post-election proceedings. All other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the National Labor Relations Act.
