Voting Unit (Unit A):All full-time and regular part-time armed and unarmed detention officers, transportation officers, court security officers, food service officers, custody officers, correction officers, maintenance officers, recreation officers, classification officers, intelligence officers and dispatch officers performing guard duties as defined by Section 9(b)(3) of the Act employed by the Employer at the Employer's worksite at the Northwest Detention Center located at 1623 East “J” Street, Tacoma, Washingto, and all transportation officers employed by the Employer transporting detainees from the Employer's worksites in Yakima, Washington, Portland, Oregon and Medford, Oregon to the Northwest Detention Center; excluding all office clerical employees, professional employees, supervisors as defined in the Act, and all other employees not performing guard duties as defined by Section 9(b)(3) of the Act.
