Voting Unit (Unit A):VOTING GROUP - UNIT A (PROFESSIONAL UNIT): Included: All full-time, regular part-time, per diem, and on call ARNP/Nurse Practitioners, Chaplains, Counselors, Dieticians, Registered Nurses, Registered Nurse Case Managers, and Social Workers, employed by the Employer at its Silverdale and Bremerton, Washington locations. Excluded: All other employees, managers, the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, Quality Coordinator, General Ledger, Account/Accounts Receivable Accountant, Volunteer Coordinator/Volunteer Manager, Informatioon Systems Engineer, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. VOTING GROUP - UNIT B (NON-PROFESSIONAL UNIT): Included: All full-time, regular part-time, per diem, and on call Accounts Payable Accountants, Billing Specialists, Certified Nursing Assistants, Cooks, Housekeepers, Intake Specialists, Informatioon Technology Support Specialist, Licensed Practical Nurses, Maintenance Emoployees, Massage Practitioners, Medical Records Clerks, Payroll Coordinators, Veterans Program Coordinators, Marketing & Community Outreach Assistants, Development Assistants and Therapeutic Musicians employed by tge Emoloyer at its Silverdale and Bremerton, Washington locations. Excluded: All other employees, managers, the Executive Assistant to the CEO, the Executive Assistant to the Director of Human Resources, Quality Coordinator, General Ledger Accountant/Accounts Receivable Accountant, Volunteer Coordinator/Volunteer Manager, Information Systems Engineer, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. If a majority of the professional employees voting in Unit A vote "Yes" to the first question, indicating their desire to be included in a unit with non-professional employees, they will be so included, and their votes on the second question will be counted together with the votes of the non-professional employees in Unit B to decide the qyestion concerning representation for the overall unit consisting of the employees in Units A abd B. If on the other habd, a majority of the professional employees voting in Unit A do not vote "Yes" to the first question, their ballots will be counted separately to decide the question concrning representation in a separate Unit A.
