Voting Unit (Unit A):The Petitioner currently represents a bargaining unit consisting of all full-time and regular part-time service and maintenance employees employed by the Employer at its Seattle-First Hill, Seattle-Cherry Hill, Seattle-Ballard, Issaquah, Redmond and Mill Creek, Washington facilities. All other employees, confidential employees, temporary employees, technical employees, professional employees, managers, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. THIS GROUP IS REFERRED TO AS THE "CURRENTLY REPRESENTED BARGAINING UNIT." The folowing voting group is appropriate for the purposes of collective bargaining as part of the existing unit described above within the meaning of Section 9(b) of the Act: All per diem service employees employed by the Employer at tis Seattle-First Hill, Seattle-Cherry Hill, Seattle-Ballard, Issaquah, Redmond and Mill Creek, Washington facilities who meet the eligibility formula set forth below; excluding all other employees, and guards and supervisors as defined in the Act. THIS GROUP IS REFERRED TO AS THE "VOTING GROUP." In the event that a majority of voters in the VOTING GROUP vote for representation by the Petitioner, the following will constitute an appropriate collective bargaining unit: All classifications in both the CURRENTLY REPRESENTED BARGAINING UNIT and the VOTING GROUP. If a majority of the voters in the VOTING GROUP vote againist representation by the Petitioner, they will be taken to have indicated their desire to remain outside the unit and unrepresented, and the Regional Director of Regional 19 of the National Labor Relations Board will issue a Certification of Results to that effect.
